Ion Exchange (India) Limited, a leading water treatment company in India, was founded in 1964 as a subsidiary of Permutit of the United Kingdom.
A first in India, Ion Exchange produces a wide range of world-class ion exchange resins to meet the exact needs of its customers. At the same time, we have established design capabilities for water and wastewater treatment equipment engineering and production.
Thus, laying the foundation for building the powerful edifice that is Ion Exchange… which is now known globally for its quality, timely delivery and ability to design products and solutions that meet the stringent requirements of its Indian and global clients.
Since the beginning, we have been at the forefront in bringing the latest technologies to the country through continuous research and development and partnerships with specialized companies around the world. Our R&D and Technology Centers have been accredited by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) since 1965.
Today we offer a full range of technologies, products and services to meet the requirements of industries, enterprises, homes and communities – urban and rural in the areas of water, wastewater management, solid waste management and waste-to-energy solutions.
